The Corporate Training Coordinator is responsible for the clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training information of all training programs and courses provided by Corporate Training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administrative support to Corporate Training:
Preparation, scheduling and coordination of all meetings and training sessions
Assist with scheduling the regularly scheduled Corporate Trainer Meetings
Coordinate travel schedules, room, or vehicle reservations, as needed
Assist with any clerical and maintenance duties required by Corporate Training team
Support for projects, as needed
Assists with the development, maintenance, and delivery of training modules as directed by Corporate Training Administrators.
Manage and order supplies for the Corporate Training team, to maintain an organized structure for easy access of materials.
Manage and organize online learning content and materials, training document library, making them accessible and easy to find for the designated user.
Generate, review, and distribute all training reports (as needed), including: 90-day probationary, new hire compliance, course attendance, etc.
Download and review course and instructor evaluations for all training courses.
Distribute course evaluation to Corporate Training Administrators.
Create Classes in the Learning Management System (Workday), enroll employees, and input grade rosters
SKILLS
Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Power Point, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus and may be required for certain training positions
Must be proficient in video conference equipment, Meeting Room Manager, IBC portal and setting up new users on network, including Share Point Sites.
