Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply.
You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 48’-53’ flatbed trailers After training you will be running all the dedicated power lanes coast to coast.

Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC.
Gaffney, SC to Indiana.
Indiana to Texas.
Texas to Portland, OR.
Oregon to SoCal.
SoCal back out east.
48’ to 53’ Flatbed Trailers
Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period (4-6 weeks with Mentor)
6 months + experience, no time needed with trainer.
Home every 2 to 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset.
Orientation at closest terminal (Laredo, TX, Greer, SC, Gary, IN)
The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Average miles a week is 2500.
Pay/Benefits
Trainees are paid $650/week until their 4-6 weeks are done (if under 6 months experience)

61 per mile based on experience.
$65 tarping pay.
$140 securement class pay per day.
1 week training class if no flatbed experience.
$1300+ average weekly pay
Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
Requirements
Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Must have fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
