As a Client Relations Specialist/Case Manager, you are part of a team focused on re-engaging clients and helping them complete their court filings.
You must work closely with the Director of Operations and the other members of our team.
This is an in-office position that is responsible for handling the needs of existing clients, responding to inquiries from potential clients, and acquiring new clients.
Client Relations Specialist/Case Manager Essential Responsibilities:
* Seek out and contact potential clients to obtain pertinent information
* Responsible for follow-up calls and mailings to clients.
* Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.
