*Customer Service Representative*

As a Customer Service Representative you will support both our customer base and internal team.
Working to provide exceptional customer service, track & trace loads, and efficiently manage daily functions vital to our growing operations.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Monitor and maintain heavy email traffic
* Provide updates to customers via phone & email
* Track & trace a variety of loads
* Collaborate with internal department to resolve issues
* Enter and update load information into AS400
* Analyze weekly score cards
* Create weekly logistics reports
* Manage multiple customer web portals
* Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
* *Monday - Friday, & EVERY 3rd Weekend ---- 5pm - 2am shift*
*QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:*
* Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
* Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
* Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
* Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plus
