ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepares various financial statements for bank and non-bank subsidiaries
Prepares and organizes monthly and quarterly reports to the Board of Directors for non-bank subsidiaries of the Corporation
Prepares various reconciliations on a daily, monthly, and/or quarterly basis, as needed
Maintains general ledger for non-bank subsidiaries
Maintains schedule of deferred tax assets and liabilities for bank and non-bank subsidiaries
Provides support for data collection, including preparation of schedules, as needed, for inclusion in the 10Q and 10K
Prepare monthly yield analysis of interest-bearing assets and liabilities for bank subsidiaries
Prepares data and analysis for preparation of the FR2900 report to the Federal Reserve
Processes purchases and sales of financial instruments in the investment portfolio, included related transactions with counterparties.
Processes and posts principal and interest payments received on investment securities
Prepares daily cash flow monitoring report for bank subsidiaries
Maintains internal system for tracking components and reporting of investment portfolio.
Prepares internal monitoring reports for compliance with investment portfolio policy guidelines and limits
Monitors collateral pledged to depositors and other third-parties, including external reporting to deposits, as needed
Processes and posts monthly interest, amortization and accretion transactions for investment securities
Provides support to deposit account managers for repurchase agreements entered into with their customers
Prepares monthly recap of transactions in the investment portfolio for review by the Board of Directors
Processes payments of principal and interest on borrowings and agency repurchase agreements
Provides support to other departments on data produced by team
Payment of vendor bills for non-bank subsidiaries
Maintains schedule of FHLB and other borrowings, including associated transactions and reporting
Prepares monthly cash flow monitoring on investment portfolio
Communicates with other areas of the bank on data needed by them for completion of their tasks, monitoring activity or process improvement
